Optimization results can be sent straight to Civil 3D, giving the engineer more freedom to choose the best and most profitable grading project. Improvements in road design

You can now take advantage of a wider set of geometry options for linked alignments when you select intersecting alignments. The new solution allows you to create complex groups of turns, branches from parent roads, turns more than 180 degrees, and also calculates the cross slope of the attached profiles. This tool allows you
to more accurately design interchanges.
Increase productivity and visibility of projects
Last year, a dedicated Project Explorer module was added to Civil 3D. Its use makes it much faster and easier to create reports and statements.
Civil 3D 2022 brings two major updates to the Project Explorer. First, pressure networks have been added to Civil 3D objects, which are supported through the Project Explorer interface. Project Explorer allows developers to gain a more complete picture of pressure piping design data and to load the data into their own AutoCAD reports and spreadsheets.
In the updated version of Project Explorer, the new Pressure Pipe Networks tab appeared. One important difference: the pipe runs supported by Civil 3D can be selected in the upper left corner of the Discharge Networks tab.
Also, Project Explorer supports all languages supported by Civil 3D. The browser user interface will be displayed in the language set in Windows. If Windows is installed in a language that the browser does not support, it will automatically set to English.
